Here at P&M, we don't think of our employees like workers, we think of them as family. We are proud of the long history of employees that come back to P&M each fall, with some of them being here as long as 10 or more years. We are honored to have P&M be a part of the memories that many of our high school students in the area have made over the years. Our P&M Family includes husband and wife teams, families with both parents and their children, siblings, and both individuals and retirees that have joined us in our vision for P&M, providing a strong family centered environment where families come together to make memories and enjoy the fall. We work hard not only for the families that visit P&M each season, but for our P&M Team too! What are some things I should know about working at P&M?
All employees must be at least 14 years of age to apply. Depending on the position, this job can require standing for long periods of time. Work is mostly outdoors or in buildings that are open to the outside. The weather can reach both hot and cold temperatures through out the season, along with the perfect fall day. Some days will be slower, other days will be more fast paced. Adaptability is key! You must follow all company rules, safety procedures and operational guidelines, and then...be ready to work hard having fun with a great team that provides a family friendly environment for all who visit P&M!
